Being able to be creative everyday is what keeps me motivated. Whether it is in my kitchen, where I love to cook and bake or in my craft room - I live for the next project.

I remember growing up and always wanting the more hands on kind of gifts - knitting looms, pottery wheels, paint supplies, sewing machines and rug hooking...oh - and an easy bake oven! Anything I could use to express myself in an artsy manner. I even learned to sew my own clothes in 4th grade and started making more meals and desserts for my family.

As an adult, I've continued to try to make as many things as I could. I even tried my hand at wood working, which I really loved until my Rheumatoid Arthritis made it more difficult for me. I never let it stop me from following my passions - though I do sometimes have to re-adjust :)

I continue to find new mediums and projects that interest me and never stop thinking about new ways to make or do something - at home and at work.
